Fraktur Tulang Femur Setelah Pemijatan Pada Neonatus: Laporan Kasus

Latar Belakang: Fraktur tulang femur akibat pemijatan pada bayi baru lahir sangat jarang. Kami mempresentasikan sebuah kasus fraktur tulang fraktur seteah pemijatan pada neonatus atau bayi baru lahir. Ini adalah kasus pertama yang terdokumentasi dengan baik dari kasus ini.
Presentasi Kasus: Seorang bayi usia 4 hari datang ke Instalasi Gawat Darurat diantar kedua orangtuanya dengan keluhan sulit menetek dan bengkak di paha kiri sejak satu hari sebelumnya. Bengkak dirasa setelah bayi tersebut dilakukan pemijatan oleh dukun setempat di rumah. Pemeriksaan radiologi babygram dilakukan pada pasien, dan terdapat fraktur oblik pada tulang femur kiri. Pasien tersebut dilakukan pemasangan hip spica cast
Kesimpulan: Pemijatan bayi harus dilakukan oleh seseorang yang memiliki pengetahuan pemijatan dengan baik, seperti bidan atau seseorang yang terlatih. Penekanan yang dilakukan selama pemijatan pada bayi harus secara lembut untuk menghindari cidera atau ketidaknyamanan. Semua pihak harus mengetahui jika penekanan berlebihan selama pemijatan dapat menyebabkan cidera tertentu.
