Management of Polytrauma Patient in a Limited Setting : A Case report

Pasien polytrauma dengan beberapa fraktur menyajikan tantangan signifikan dalam pengaturan sumber daya terbatas. Penerapan prinsip Damage Control Orthopedic (DCO), termasuk stabilisasi sementara, fiksasi definitif bertahap, dan kolaborasi multidisiplin, menghasilkan hasil yang menguntungkan bagi pasien. Laporan kasus ini menggambarkan manajemen sukses seorang pasien polytrauma yang mengalami cedera berbagai, termasuk fraktur panggul yang tidak stabil, fraktur femur, radius, dislokasi bahu, dan dislokasi sendi radioulnar distal. Laporan ini menekankan pentingnya intervensi tepat waktu dan optimisasi sumber daya dalam pengaturan terbatas.
